Established in 1983 by owner and current president David Wilkinson, Hallmark Personnel is an independent staffing company which offers recruiting and placement services to Peninsula and South Bay Area clients.

STAFF BIOS

Founder/President: David Wilkinson

Aka. The Boss - David was born in New York.  He grew up in Melbourne, Australia, before settling down in Menlo Park for the next 38 years.  In that time, he co-founded Hallmark Personnel in 1983.  His past and present interests include: gardening (chasing gophers), surfing, sailing, bicycling and his personal passion...bookkeeping / accounting!  David's key to success is to create a non-aggressive, friendly experience for all of his client partners.  His fondness for building personal relationships is only surpassed by his love for fresh fruit popsicles.

Office Manager: Adrian Weber

- Adrian is a native of San Francisco.  He joined Hallmark Personnel in 1998 after attending Stanford University.  He is responsible for operations, processing payroll (coordinating bookkeeping / accounting duties for David), new employee onboarding, and rewriting applicant resumes.  He resides in Mountain View with his fiancee Jerri and is a pinball enthusiast.

Senior Recruiter: Kelly Shewbridge

- Kelly joined Hallmark Personnel in September 2005. She moved to California in 2002 from Maryland, where she worked at a larger, less personal, staffing agency.  She received a B.A. in Sociology from Roanoke College in Salem, VA, in 2000 (Go Maroons!).  Kelly is focused on providing her clients with a prompt and friendly experience.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and is learning to knit.  She currently resides in Sunnyvale, with her cat, Buster.
