STAFF BIOS

Founder/President: David Wilkinson

Aka. The Boss - David was born in New York.  He grew up in Melbourne, Australia, before settling down in Menlo Park for the next 38 years.  In that time, he co-founded Hallmark Personnel in 1983.  His past and present interests include: gardening (chasing gophers), surfing, sailing, bicycling and his personal passion...bookkeeping / accounting!  David's key to success is to create a non-aggressive, friendly experience for all of his client partners.  His fondness for building personal relationships is only surpassed by his love for fresh fruit popsicles.
Office Manager: Adrian Weber

- Adrian is a native of San Francisco.  He joined Hallmark Personnel in 1998 after attending Stanford University.  He is responsible for operations, processing payroll (coordinating bookkeeping / accounting duties for David), and rewriting applicant resumes.  He resides in Mountain View with his fiancee Jerri and is a pinball enthusiast.
Director of Business Development: Matthew Duggan

- Matthew joined Hallmark Personnel in December of 2006.  He graduated with honors from Menlo College with a B.A. in Psychology. His experience and current focus includes providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in matters of recruitment, human resources, employee-client relations and marketing development.  He resides in Mountain View with his wife and two boxers (dogs, not the underwear).
Senior Recruiter: Kelly Shewbridge

- Kelly joined Hallmark Personnel in September 2005. She moved to California in 2002 from Maryland, where she worked at a larger, less personal, staffing agency.  She received a B.A. in Sociology from Roanoke College in Salem, VA, in 2000 (Go Maroons!).  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and is learning to knit.  She currently resides in Mountain View, with her cat, Buster.
Recruiter: Julia Ruvolo

- Julia is the newest member or Hallmark Personnel's team having started in August 2007.  Her responsibilities include recruiting, sourcing, and client/candidate relations.  She was born and raised in Los Altos and graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and an emphasis on Multi-Cultural and Gender Studies.  She now lives in a fabulous apartment near down town San Jose.  Julia also works on the side doing one of her favorite past times, custom framing, for a local watercolorist in Los Altos.  She loves puppies and kittens, and wishes she could have one, but her roommate is allergic to both.
