Our Guarantee

Although we place the highest confidence in our employees, we recognize that on occasion an employee may be selected who is not ideal for your position. Therefore, we extend a 4-hour guarantee with every employee we send out on assignment. If that employee is not satisfactory for any reason, you may notify us and we will replace the employee at no charge.

Employee Screening and Reference Checking 

Our process includes carefully screening our applicants to identify capable and qualified individuals to work for you.

When we meet with new applicants, we start by assessing their skills and identifying their strengths. Then we talk with them at length about their backgrounds, their interests, and their goals. Our questions help determine if candidates skills are best suited to multitasking or assigned projects, whether they prefer a more traditional or a more informal corporate culture, whether they prefer hi-tech or nonprofit businesses--and we use that information in our placements. Instead of matching resumes with job descriptions, we match real people with real jobs. You, our client, can be assured that the employee we recommend to you is aware of the responsibilities and duties of your position--and that he or she is qualified to perform those duties in an efficient, professional manner. 

Every applicant authorizes us to contact a previous employer for detailed verbal and written feedback about his or her skills and performance. The reference is a very important indicator and part of our applicant evaluation. We use this information to identify important employment history that is critical in understanding a suitable candidate's viability to be recommended for a position through our services. 

In addition, comprehensive background checks are available upon request. Clients may elect to request investigations of local criminal records, educational background, and formal employment verification. Additional charges may apply when these services are requested.
