It may seem as though our work is done when we match you to a job.  Actually, placing applicants on assignment is just one part of the service we provide to our employees. Listed below are just some of the benefits you'll enjoy as a member of the Hallmark Personnel team.

Weekly Payroll 

For Hallmark Personnel temporary employees, the pay period runs from Monday to Friday every week. Paychecks are available starting at 12:00 on the following Thursday. Be sure to submit a signed timecard by noon on Monday to receive a check on Thursday! 

Hallmark Personnel's payroll is processed locally and this gives us flexibility to accommodate unusual circumstances. 

Paychecks: Pickup, Mail Delivery, and On-Site Delivery 

Paychecks are available for pickup in the Hallmark Personnel office between noon and 5:30 on Thursdays. Unless special instructions have been given, all checks remaining in the office at closing time on Thursday are mailed that night. Hallmark Personnel also offers on-site delivery of paychecks to employees working at certain locations. Ask one of our staff members for more information. 

Access to Medical Insurance 

Applicants interested in medical insurance are referred to an independent insurance broker offering plans for major medical coverage through California carriers. The plans range from 30 to 365 days and are available on an "immediate issue" basis. For more information, contact Dworkin Insurance Services at (650) 329-1330. 

Quarterly Bonus 

After completing 1000 lifetime hours on assignment with Hallmark Personnel, employees become eligible for the quarterly bonus program. This program is designed specifically to compensate long-term Hallmark Personnel employees for hours lost because of unpaid holidays or illness. The bonus is paid automatically once per quarter, and the amount of the bonus varies depending on the number of hours completed during the preceding quarter. All new applicants receive full details about the Quarterly Bonus Program upon signing up. 

Referral Bonus 

Our referral bonus plan acknowledges and rewards you for referring applicants to Hallmark Personnel. When your referral completes 100 hours of employment, you will receive a $200 bonus! All current and former Hallmark Personnel applicants are eligible for this bonus.

After you begin a new a job, we will continue to work with you and on your behalf to help your career move in the right direction.
