EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (Menlo Park)
Our Venture Capital client is currently seeking an Executive Assistant on a direct-hire basis. This position supports two partners.
Responsibilities include: making travel arrangements (domestic and international), processing expense reports, acting as "gatekeeper" for the partners, managing ever-changing schedules and calendars, prepping for meetings.
Applicants must have 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Applicants must be computer savvy, and have proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook. Additionally, applicants should be very flexible, have a "go-getter" attitude, and be extremely detail-oriented.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (Campbell)
Our client, and Executive Search Firm in Campbell, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support one partner and one consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who has Executive support experience and wants to enter the recruiting industry! This is a temporary position, covering for a maternity leave.
Typical duties will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings and events, coordinating travel itineraries, and interacting with both clients and candidates. Applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable interacting with all types of people. Applicants, ideally, will have supported a C-level executive for 4 years.
