ACCOUNT MANAGER AT ONLINE START UP (MOUNTAIN VIEW):
Our client, an online start-up
in Mountain View, is
currently seeking an Account Manager for their Sales team.
This person will be supporting the Account
Executives with inside sales and client relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working
with the sales team to manage day-to-day
client relationships, identifying selling opportunities, and managing
fulfillment
of purchased services.
- Ensuring all
campaigns are properly documented
and executed according to client program goals and specifications.
- Building and
creating content for online
promotional campaigns.
- Assisting
clients with technical execution,
program implementation, and first-tier troubleshooting.
- Working with
Accounting department to ensure
that all client activity is accounted for and recognized.
- Working with
the media buying team to assist
with the execution of online advertising campaigns.
- Monitoring
online advertising campaign
performance and ensuring clear communication throughout the online
marketing
team.
Qualifications for this position
include:
- Bachelors
Degree (and/or equivalent, relevant
work experience).
- Minimum of 2
years experience in Account
Management or Customer Service or Client Services - dealing directly
with
Customers and Sales Executives. Online marketing and advertising
experience is
highly desirable (but not required).
- Excellent
organizational skills, including
strong attention to details, ability to work independently, and
superior
analytical/problem solving skills.
- Outstanding
ability to multi-task while
operating in an environment of frequently changing priorities and
successfully
managing the demands of a quickly growing workforce.
- Proficient
with Microsoft Office and Internet
browser tools.
- Must
demonstrate professional demeanor and positive
attitude.
This is a direct-hire, full time
position. This position travels
approximately 2-4 times
per year. Possible “East Coast” hours
available. Salary is $55,000 - $60,000,
plus bonuses and excellent benefits. Position

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT (MOUNTAIN VIEW):
A local construction and remodeling company is currently seeking an
Accounts Payable Assistant on a temp-to-hire basis. This position
will report to the Accounting Manager. The main responsibilities
of this position include preparing invoices and cash receipts, scanning
and emailing invoices, and assisting with HR and Workers' Compensation
claims.
This is an excellent position for someone who wants to get into
accounting, as no A/P experience is required. This client is
looking for applicants who have strong computer skills (specifically,
MS Word, Excel, and Outlook), who are quick learners, and are eager to
pick up new tasks.
This is a temp-to-hire position, paying $17/hr. to start, approximately
35-40 hours per week. Please
