What is the process for finding employees through Hallmark Personnel?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Hallmark Personnel will collaborate with you on the details of your position and will deliver qualified applicants that match your needs.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

Hallmark Personnel can provide extensive background screening and security checks when your position requires this information. Should you select one of these service options, they can be coordinated through our office for a fee.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Hallmark Personnel?

Even though we do our best to find a suitable match, sometimes during the first few hours on assignment, it is apparent that the candidate will not work out. For this reason, we offer a 4-hour guarantee. As long as you notify Hallmark during the first 4 hours, you are not billed for services provided that day.
